Payment fail ho gaya toh kya karein?
Payment fail hone ke common reasons aur solutions — retry, alternate method, ya support se contact.
Common Reasons:
•Insufficient balance
•UPI app timeout
•Bank server down
•Incorrect card details
•Network issue
Kya karein:
1. **Retry karein:** 2-3 minute wait karke wapas try karein.
2. **Alternate method:** Agar UPI fail ho raha hai toh card se try karein.
3. **Check bank:** Bank app mein transaction status check karein.
4. **Support contact:** Agar paise deduct hue aur plan active nahi hua toh immediately support ko message karein.
Important:
Payment fail hone pe paise deduct nahi hote hain. Agar deduct hue hain toh 3-5 working days mein auto-refund ho jata hai.
