Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund partial months already billed, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.
Chapter passes (₹49)
Chapter passes are non-refundable once the chapter content has been accessed, unless there was a technical failure on our side that prevented access.
How to request a refund
Email info@shikshaguruji.in with your registered email, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
